Campfires and BBQ's are allowed, but must be raised and contained at all times. We provide concrete blocks at every water station for you to prop your fire on.  Firesmust be extinguised by 10pm.

Yes! James Caravan Park welcomes campers and tourers year-round. Our hardstanding pitches mean that you can enjoy your time with us without worrying about the weather!

Check in is any time after 12:00 midday and departure is any time before 12:00 midday. If you require a late stay, this can be arranged at the cost of £10.00.

Please note in the event of a cancellation 1 night + £10 admin fee will be non-refundable. However, any deposits are transferrable, providing at least 48 hours notice is given. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of the arrival date will not be entitled to any refunds or transfers.

Yes - day visitors are allowed at a fee of £3.00 per adult and £2.00 per car, with no charge for kids and pets. All visitors must park in the visitors carpark and sign in to reception. 

Yes - unlike many other campsites, there is no additional charge for an awning. As long as it fits within the boundaries of your pitch you are free to set up an awning or gazebo as you like.

Rallies are more than welcome at James Caravan Park and may also receive a discounted price, depending on the size of the group and time of year.

Group bookings, same-gender bookings and under-16's are all welcome to Mayfield Park. In larger groups, we do ask for a waiver deposit to ensure that the park's rules are followed by everyone on-site.
